1. Eligibility for Returns

Because many of our products are custom‑made to your specifications, return eligibility varies by product type.

A. Custom & Personalized Items

Custom items include any product featuring personalized text, images, colors, or designs.

• Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

• If an issue arises, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

B. Non‑Custom Items

Non‑custom items may be returned within 21 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

C. Digital Services

Digital products include AI‑generated marketing flyers, digital downloads, and design files.

• Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered.

• If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will resend or repair the file at no additional cost.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 10 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will offer one of the following resolutions:

Custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Non‑custom orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.

C. Digital Services

Digital service orders may be canceled before design work begins. Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

A. Approved Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

• Damaged or defective items

• Incorrect items sent by WTT

• Canceled orders within the allowed timeframe

• Returned non‑custom items in acceptable condition

B. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Custom items without a defect or error

• Digital products once delivered

• Items returned in used or damaged condition

• Orders outside the return window

Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for non‑custom items only.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging. (Exceptions made for damaged original packaging).

• Customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

• Exchange shipping for the replacement item is billed to the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Custom items may only be exchanged if WTT made an error in production.

6. Shipping Issues

A. Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it:

• Contact the carrier first to investigate.

• WTT is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

B. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
